It's a work in progress, but here's a map of the 300+ worker cooperatives in the U.S., and some other movement organizations.

Pre-zoomed maps of areas that have a high concentration of worker cooperatives:
- San Francisco Bay Area, California
- Portland, Oregon
- Madison, Wisconsin
- Pioneer Valley, Massachussets/Vermont
- Boston, Massachussets
Much of the data is from the Democracy at Work Institute's Democracy at Work Directory 2008 Other maps can be found at CDI's http://find.coop/ and at the NCGA's http://go.coop/find .
For a little historical fun don't miss the 1980s maps of worker cooperatives in San Francisco and the East Bay, also check out this cool local map from the [Pioneer] Valley Alliance of Worker Cooperatives.

Hi Tess and Adam. So I think that I have set the google map to mow be editable by anyone. You just need to go the the map, save it as a "My Map," and then add locations to it. The only problem seems to be that it will only load ~200 locations at a time - some get moved to "page 2" of the map. Give it a try.
The .coop domain organization

The .coop domain organization has a map at drectory.coop listing all the organizationals that have registered .coop domains. It is a little overbuilt for my taste (and sometime underperforming - all the marks in New York are just shadows?) but kind of neat to see who is using .coop to emphasize their cooperativeness.
